The Mid-Appalachian Highlands Club is a hiking and outdoor activity club located in the Tri-Cities area of Northeast Tennessee. Our members come from the Johnson City, Bristol and Kingsport areas.
We welcome guests anytime.

The hike this Saturday will be an 11 mile strenuous hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the Shining Rock Wilderness area to the summit of Mt.Hardy.This is an over 6000 ft peak at 6110 ft. James will be using the Green Mt. trail and the Mts. to Sea trails before bushwaching to the summit. Leave Kroger's on Browns Mill Road at 8am.Questions call the leader James Price at
